| Reed Party | The house is truly excellent: furnished and kitted out with everything one could need, extremely attractively decorated and furnished and very spacious. The pool is fabulous – a little cold in mid-September, but not a problem, indeed a much used resource! The house is so perfectly situated both in terms of outlook – idyllic – and position, roughly mid-way between Kotor and Perast. The top bedroom and balcony were especially attractive – an ideal spot to breakfast before the sun hits the pool and to sit late at night and watch the stars and enjoy the view across the water. The neighbours, in their 'cold comfort farm' setting caroused till 6am the night before we left, but were otherwise merely curious to observe! The opportunities for walking and eating well and in idyllic settings in the vicinity are many and the local shop, open all hours seven days a week, and a short walk away, was a treasure trove. A wholesale (does small retail sales) fish shop, a few minutes drive from the villa, had the most fantastic array of fresh fish and seafood at good prices (though be prepared to gut the fish yourself!) I doubt one could find a better situated, better fitted, more enjoyable place to stay on the Kotor Bay….or beyond. |
| Simpson Family | Had a fantastic week here in Montenegro. First visit for all the members of the family, and Montenegro did not disappoint. The weather was fantastic the whole week and having the pool was excellent, could not have lasted so long in the heat without it. |
| Reids and Wilson | Quite perfect ! We intended a quiet week, but wanted to see Montenegro. Not sure about driving we arranged a transfer from the airport with Bojan. Following this we also arranged a day trip where we had a fabulous custom tour and saw the mausoleum at Lovcen, the lake, Sveti Stefan and lots more – he is a fab tour guide. The pool was just wonderful and so appreciated. Top marks for the little local shop. |
| Fearnley family | Lovely, spacious villa – spectacular views. Loved every minute of it. Things well worth doing: Perast, climb the walls of Kotor, National Park at Lovcen and the tree climbing activity. Overall had a brilliant holiday – everyone (aged 17 months to 60) enjoyed themselves for the 2 weeks. Loved the scenery in Montenegro and visited Kotor regularly. |

We recommend Perast for dinner; National park ladder of Cattaro – terrifying but worth it; Boat trip and swim in the submarine pens; Kotor walls to be done at dawn; swimming/lazing by boka stone pontoons; Rose, Bigova and Lustica beaches lovely too. We loved our stay. |

| Kofoed Family, Norway | Two Norwegian families counting 4 adults and 2 teenagers spent a week here in Ljuta. It’s been a great week; lovely nature and a delicious house, bathing, relaxing and travelling around. We’ve been to Perast, to Kotor, walked up to the fortress, drove to Mt Lovcen and spent some time in the Adventure Park doing the Tarzan route. Yes we want to come back !! Also lovely weather the whole week. |

| O'Brien Party | Great villa, beautiful setting. Local shop great for everyday items and very friwndly. From pool side do 'goat watch' and see who can spot the highest goat in the most dangerous position. Food at the Stari Mlini very good but prices reflect it. |
| Montgomery and Matthews families | We had a fantastic stay at the villa. Recommend cocktails on the wall of Citadel in Kotor – stunning views. Overall thought Montenegro was amazing – so much to see and do. Will certainly come back. |
