Villa Ljuta is built over three floors and has a large walled terrace in front of the house, which includes the 8 x 4 metre swimming pool. All the main rooms have french windows which open either onto the terrace or balconies overlooking the bay. The bedrooms all have air conditioning.
The top floor has twin beds and an en-suite shower. There is a large built in wardrobe. This is a very light room with the large french windows leading to a balcony and two large velux roof windows.
The middle floor provides three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and the en-suite includes a bath. The bedroom in the centre of the house has bunk beds, and although these are full size, this is really designed as a bedroom for children. The other bedroom has twin beds. All the bedrooms have french windows which lead out to a common balcony. The other bathroom on this floor has a shower.
The ground floor is configured a single open plan area. The kitchen is built in oak and features granite worktops, along with a full range of modern appliances. There is a wood burning stove in the sitting area, and the dining table which seats 8 can be used both inside or out on the terrace.
